Anxiety and Stress Management


It may sound counterintuitive, but some stress can be good for you. The feel good endorphins released in the brain as a result of the stress can temporarily boost our performance.


The problem lies with the harmful stress. The prolonged and threatening stress that can be debilitating. The uncomfortable anxiety symptoms can reduce productivity at work, damage our relationships and have serious health implications. How can you reap the benefits of the healthy stress while keeping the harmful stress at bay?


While you may not be able to completely eliminate harmful stress from your life, you can absolutely learn to manage the anxiety symptoms and minimize the negative effects it has on you.
